How much does it cost to rent a washroom trailer in Calgary?
It is quoted per event. The quote depends on the number of days, whether there is water on site, and the distance from Calgary. What does it need on site?
A reasonably level spot the truck can back into, plus standard power within reach or a generator. No plumbing hookup: it carries its own tanks, and we fill it from a hose tap on site or bring water in for an added fee. Not sure your spot works? Send a photo and we will tell you before any deposit.
Do you rent a heated, winterized washroom trailer for winter?
Yes. We rent a heated washroom trailer that is winter-ready, with R7.5 insulated walls and a spray-foam insulated floor and waste tank, rated by its builder to about -25 C with power for the heaters. In an extreme cold snap we confirm conditions with you before delivery.
How do we book?
Use the check-your-date form or call with your date, venue or town, and a rough guest count. We confirm availability and send a full quote, usually within a day.
Do you deliver outside Calgary?
Yes. We deliver across Calgary and the towns and acreages around it, including Cochrane, Okotoks, Bragg Creek, Priddis, and Canmore. Delivery is quoted with your date, based on the drive from Calgary.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
The trailer is entered by fold-out aluminum steps, so it is not a step-free unit. Tell us your accessibility needs and we will be upfront about what we can and cannot accommodate.

The same trailer works company days, milestone parties, festivals, and film sets.
